Here\u2019s how to do it:<\/p>\n<p>1. Tap on the mobile order in \u2018<strong>Pending Delivery<\/strong>\u2018 status. This will also show the SIM card number \u2013 you should verify that this is the same SIM card you have received.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"mx-auto d-block\" src=\"https:\/\/www.letsbemates.com.au\/mate\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Pending-Order.png\" width=\"250\" height=\"100\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. You should now see the <strong>Update order<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to transfer an existing mobile number, select the \u201c<strong>I want to transfer an existing number<\/strong>\u201d dropdown and follow the prompts.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"mx-auto d-block\" src=\"https:\/\/www.letsbemates.com.au\/mate\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Transfer-Number.png\" width=\"250\" height=\"100\" \/><\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.letsbemates.com.au\/mate\/faq\/what-do-i-need-to-transfer-my-mobile-number\">Read more information<\/a> on the details we need to ensure your number transfer is successful here.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, if you are transferring your mobile number from another provide DO NOT PUT THE MATE SIM CARD IN YOUR PHONE IMMEDIATELY.
